In light of a tenant who has been hard to get hold of for months which made access to a property really hard to resolve a boiler problem, Liam dealt with my frustration - and sometimes anger (!) in a really professional way until the situation was resolved. Though I do find remote Property Management testing at times, Liam has been really supportive in this matter. Many thanks

I totally agree with GP,s comments. Communication is awful or non. We had people turn up to view the property we knew nothing about and also no shows on arranged viewings the agent was the no show. Foxs if possible nil points. ...
