This worst company I have experienced in the UK! Stated the first month was half price then after we had paid their extortionate non refundable fees they said that the half price was for the previous month! Extremely poor communicators and have failed on their website. Would recommend you to use another letting agents.

They charge extra for a landlord reference fee when you move out (20 + VAT). Expensive fees, it was a 100 GBP more than our current agent.
