Absolutely useless service from staff and contractors
I live in the flat below a property managed by Walton Robinsons. The upstairs flat has had constant bathroom leaks â my ceiling has had to be replaced 3-4 times in the space of 18 months. Walton Robinsons contractors were due to come out to repair the ceiling (the 4th time it had leaked) â they didn't show â several times. Eventually got sick of waiting so paid to do it myself. Agreed to pay 50/50 for a new back gate with the owners of the upstairs property â paid this to Walton Robinson in August but none of their contractors showed up. No contact from Walton Robinsons AT ALL. Was given 3 dates when they'd show up â no one ever came. Emailed their Property Supervisor â no reply at all. Had to call up to chase â fobbed off with stupid reasons. Eventually received an email saying the contractor would no longer be doing the job â 4 months after paying. Explained they'd send me a cheque to refund me â unsurprisingly it didn't show up. Emailed to chase it â no one bothered replying to that â now 6 weeks later and still nothing
They don't contact you, they don't return funds (as evidenced in other peoples reviews) and their contractor time keeping is appalling â but they aren't bothered
I accept Waltons contractors didn't fit the most recent bathroom suite â it was privately completed by the tenants plumber â but they were directly involved in the tidy up afterwards

Unfortunately if properties are not returned as they were handed over then it can take some time for deposits to be returned to tenants. We have to arrange for works, await invoices and liaise with landlords before we are able to release any amounts.
