I was very pleased with the service provided to me by Romans estate agents. They conducted themselves professionally at all times and offered me much support and advice. They were easily contactable and promptly returned all calls and emails. They handled communication between myself and the seller in a diplomatic and efficient way. Luke Strzadala in particular was excellent and acted in a way expected of someone twice his age. Our experience of Luke will mean that we will come back to Romans for future sales and would recommend him and the branch to our friends in the area.

What agent could do to change your mind?
As shown above the agent did not communicate very well and I spent all my time chasing them for information. House moving sites tell you that your estate agent should be dealing with the solicitor on your behalf, but if I had not dealt with the solicitor myself I do not think anything would have been done.
