Rented our first property with Heritage! Before we came across them the whole renting situation was very stressful, wasn't getting much support but when we found the apartment, everything ran so smoothly and quickly. The whole process was very stress free and the communication was great. Glad to have chosen a property with Heritage.

The fee is more than an online estate agent but the service especailly in the post selling stage is worth paying the extra. However, is comparable to other high street agents.

What agent could do to change your mind?
They should have treated us, as paying customers, in a fair and professional manner. I can honestly say that I have never experienced such poor service from any company that I have ever dealt with.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed).
