AVOID THIS BRANCH AND THESE MEMBERS OF STAFF AT ALL COSTS. Literally couldn't careless about you as a person, my rent was paid every month and on time and no emails ever got answered about things that were not working in the rented property. Took me 5 months (24 emails later) to get the answer to the burglar alarm code and only because I mentioned that I had put in a formal complaint. Staff are absolutely horrific and lack basic customer service skills and empathy. Literally the rudest and unprofessional staff I ever came across. Wouldn't recommend Savills to my worst enemy. The service has been absolutely appalling since the day I moved in. Absolute shambles of a company. Stay well away.

Absolute rip off. £220 credit check. £1000 desposit for a dirty house with weeds and overgrown hedges!!!!!!
