I received a recommendation from a landlady friend re Lakin & Co, and I am very pleased to have used Lakin & Co. for the letting of a furnished x1 bed flat. James Day took me through the process with good knowledge, experience and foresight. My flat is fully managed by Lakin & Co., and knowing that everything is being managed correctly, efficiently and professionally gives me great peace of mind. Chris dealt with some initial issues in the flat, promptly, and effectively. I am very happy to have Lakin & Co., in particular Chris and James, dealing with my flat tenancy.
