Excellent letting agent - fair prices to sign contract and no hidden costs or messing around on renewal. Was always hugely impressed with speed at which issues in flat were dealt with - from blocked drains to broken washing machine we never had to wait long or justify problems. Largely left to our own devices without landlord/agents wanting access but always on had when needed - a pleasure to deal with.
