The service received from Guy and his team (Jacob and Natasha) during our house sale was second to none. They are good honest people who we enjoyed working with. We had a slow start due to difficult market conditions and we weren't the easiest of customers to deal with but Guy remained encouraging and positive giving us regular updates without the usual BS we tend to find with most agents. They kept us and our buyers informed at all times and the service remained professional and friendly throughout. They made sure the buyer was genuine and had the necessary funding arranged. The process was smooth, so much so that it seemed too good to be true but it genuinely went without hitch. We are happy to recommend the Horsham branch of Mansell Mctaggart to all.
Comment on agent fees
Fee was in line with other high street estate agents, 1% plus VAT. Yes you can get cheaper online and if your home is in a prime location, sensibly priced, markets are strong and you have the time to manage the sale you can save a few grand online but if you want to ensure a smooth sale without all the hassle the high street agent is the way to go.
