From a buyer's point of view I would give a very low score. Staff in one office did not liaise with a branch less than two miles away. There was no attempt to be proactive. I was told there was no viewing opportunity on a particular day and there was no suggestion of offering another day or taking my number so that they could call me back. I feel sorry for the vendors who have put their trust in the Alderley Edge or Wilmslow branches. I wouldn't do so.
