It's astonishing that this company is still running. Their parent company, Swan New Homes, builds the properties then assigns Hera to manage them. Swan bailed Hera out for half a million pounds last year, so i guess it's not just our money they're terrible with; it's their own. There have been an awful lot of problems in the flat. Constant plumbing problems. Strange accounting errors. Inconsistent accounting. Front door broken and left open to all for weeks. No haste in fixing. Refusing accountability for anything. No reply to emails. Rudeness when they do reply. They aren't here to support the leaseholders and if I'd known how bad they were, I would NEVER have purchased this property. The build quality is bad and the support is non-existent. Avoid this company. Do not buy one of their properties. If you do, you'd better pray that nothing goes wrong because you'll get no help and support.

Building has no facilities like gym/garden other than 2 lifts and 12 hour concierge and they still manage to charge almost £200 per month for this in service charge.
