Lime were £500 dearer than the rest of the estate agents in Preston but managed to get us £8000 more for the house we were selling than the others expected to get. Well worth the extra £500! Kevin and Faye did everything they could, even after hours and at weekends. They were in touch with us regularly and kept us up to date with the sale. The estate agent ( with branches all over Preston ) and solicitors ( don't use Napthens ) dealing with the house we were buying were rubbish and Lime even helped us with advice regarding this property when they didn't need to. They even contacted them when they wouldn't pick up the phone to us. We used Marsden and Rawsthorne solicitors to sell our house as recommended by Lime and everything went smoothly here too. Even now two months later, Kevin is still approachable and will go out of his way to get the post from our old address and have it posted through our door. This is the third house I have sold and Lime are far and away the best estate agent I have used.
