I was looking to rent a property, initially on the phone setting the appt up Gemma was very pleasant and efficient..........however due to myself running late from another viewing i had been on and the lovely M25 i had to let Gemma know, she was fine but i could tell from her voice she was not happy, fair enough though as people delaying your schedule is frustrating as this is what had happened t myself. When i arrived at the property 10mins late Gemma was nowhere to be seen, i rang her mobile and she sent to voicemail, i tried again and again sent to voicemail so i rang the office, they were less than helpful and sounded like they didnt want to be working for the lovely Gemma! I waited 20mins for someone to call back and advise what was happening, no call so i tried Gemma again on her mobile and again after 3 rings bumped to VM, called the office and got a different guy who admitted nobody that end had bothered to call her as she would have left as i was late and that she would not come back as apparently she does this quite often when quote "time wasters" mess her around!! I was fuming, i had drove 40mins from the other place and was now going to be late to the next place i wanted to check out and when i rung that company (very professional and apologetic) i had to reschedule for the next day as they couldn't move back any later which is fair enough. I would advise swerving this young lady unless you absolutely have to as she is very rude and impersonal, i would have expected the minimum of a call from her to say she needed to leave if i was too late but to be ignored and spoken to the way i was by the office tells you what they think of prospective customers, very little!!

I’m so sorry but the Landlord decided to go for someone else. We had a lot of interest in the property and we always let the Landlord’s choose. As mentioned we have other properties coming up and are always happy to try and help but it’s a very competitive market at the moment. ...

"Completely untrue"? Hmm. I understand defamation law well enough to make sure everything included in the above review was objectively correct and often demonstrable through emails exchanged. I have emails from Gemma on this subject from 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020 which I'd be happy to upload to avoid any doubt.
