Jenna has been fantastic since her first contact with me, she was very professional and friendly, arranged for me to view 5 properties on a day that suited me, we liked all of them but off course one was a favourite, the process of putting in the offer was very simple an done over the phone which was fantastic help for anyone who cant attend the office due to work. Once the offer was accepted the referencing process was very simple, Jenna was always a phone call away if I needed any further clarification or information. Overall the experience so far has been fantastic.
