We want to thank the whole team at the Storrington office for their care and incredibly high level of service that we have received over the last 10 months since first offering on one of the branches properties.
From our first meeting with Leia we were extremely impressed with the time and care she took showing us round the properties we were viewing. Little did we know at the time it would be 10 months from offering to completing on the first property we viewed. Despite the length of time, the patience and care provided by Leia never altered and she always went the 'extra mile' in assisting us. She kept us informed at every stage even if it meant going beyond the normal office hours to deal with our questions or to update us regarding developments.
This has been our 7th move but this is the first time we have experienced such a high level of care and professional service. We can't thank Leia enough for the help she has been throughout the process of buying our home.
We want to also thank Jeremy who like Leia, has throughout provided us with the very same high level of care, patience and service that we have experienced from Leia. His patience and lack of the 'high pressure sell' technique that can be experienced from some estate agents has been so refreshing.
A huge 'Thank you' Jeremy to you and all your staff, and of course particularly to Leia for how you have assisted and supported us throughout the last 10 months with our purchase.
