Absolutely disgusting and pathetic service.

First of all the telephonic discussion on contradictory to actual face-to-face meeting. Everything agent from this on the phone was a complete set of lies and when it came to signing the contract, everything was change. The thesis next Arsenal and service is next to zero.

I got stuck in emergencies and the house has got number of issues which need sorting out. I fail to understand how they call themselves as management agents. They just taking money from the landlords and tenants without providing any sort of service at all. I have reported matters to them both by emails and phones and even after seven days there has been no reply or any action or anything for that matter.
I absolutely DO NOT recommend these agents for anything related to property matters. I'm going to take the matter to their regulators.
Save yourself the stress and hassle and stay away from them.

And how do you suggest I should contact you. I have sent so many emails and have called office many times. No one seems interested to reply back. I haven't had a single response from you.

No, I do not have unrealistic expections. If I am paying the rent, the least I expect is the house to be in a livable condition. Not being able to get in and out of front door or not being able to use the toilet are pretty serious issues. Forget about the damp carpets and freezing cold house- so bad I had to spend two nights in a hotel besides paying the house rent.

How do explain your rude behaviour and threatening language? Absolutely unacceptable.

Perhaps, you could be bothered to pick up a phone and talk to me or just answer my email. Is it to much to expect?

Dear Dr Gulati, thank you for taking the time to write a review regarding your service with Wentworth & Rose. I am very sorry you feel this way about James & I. Firstly, you have not itemised any points that remain outstanding and your vague review doesn't specify any actual wrongdoings by Wentworth & Rose. Your "issue" appears to be that the landlady hasn't agreed to your demands such as installing a soap dish in the toilet. You appear to have very unrealistic expectations of a rental property.
