They:
- don't reply to emails.
- are unhelpful over the phone.
- charge me £5,000 a year for a small one bedroom flat
- regularly come up with very expensive works and collect a percentage of it as management fee
- are unwilling to repair damages caused by leaks even if it's their responsibility according to the lease
- charged me legal costs for paying my service charge late when the definition of late is their own, it's not in my lease
- have not extended my lease even if It's been 2 years since I and a group of leaseholders have requested it

Hi Michael I saw your post regarding issues your are having with your managing agent and I may be able to help.
The company I work for has help many residents move away from unethical managing agents who charge extortion fees for little and sometimes non existent work.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Carried out the repairs and brought the property up to the standard it should have been. They received a lot of money over the years and I never was in arrears. So it was very unfair.Attached Filesnbsp;
