The team was simply fantastic. In particular, Denis was friendly, knowledgeable, and calm from the beginning. Carl was professional and always helpful.

The sale was, to no fault of Connells, a bit too eventful. Connells managed to find buyer shortly after the sale began, but the buyer pulled out after the Grenfell Tower fire accident in London. Bad timing, really.

Connells found second buyer who was very keen to complete the deal. Unfortunately their solicitor was less responsive and took seemingly unusual amount of time to progress the paperwork.

The delay was frustrating, but Connells, especially Denis, continued to actively following up and tried to move the progress forward.

The deal was finally completed in the end, thanks to Connells' persistence and hard work... and patience..

The whole Connells team was very supportive and tried to help us wherever they can. We could not thank them enough :)
