My husband and I rented a flat for a year. I have never dealt with such awful estate agents - *. They barely responded to emails and when we had a leak in our kitchen, *theya just shouted at us and said we are not king and queen so will not be treated like royalty and have a fix straight away. She was rude to us on the phone and eventually told us she would send a fire brigade to our flat as there was nothing she could do. The leak was coming from the above flat and ruined our ceiling and all cupboard goods - This agent did nothing to mend the ceiling in the year we lived there. **we asked questions that we wanted answering re moving out via email, deposit, cleaning etc but she did not respond to any of our queries. We had some issues when we moved into the flat and were told that these issues would be resolved but David Lichfeld didnt bother seeing to any of these issues and we lived in the flat paying full rent with these problems. Awful agency and not recommended. Go to anywhere else but here. The only person who was decent was Bobby Jutla - who tried to help on occasions where he could. But it did seem like he was under the controlling behaviours **so he was limited to what he was able to do for us. So glad we have moved out now.
