* I have rented in London for 17 years and have never dealt with such lack of professionalism. We had offer accepted then after we transferred all the fees we were called 3 days before move in date to say someone had offered more! This resulted in a number of arguments and eventually they backed down. We moved in, they never told us about works going on throughout the summer and we lived in what could be considered as a goldfish bowl for 3 months. The problems go on but not enough space to include. We are moving out now and of course using another agent this time - we will never consider using marsh and parson again and have passed our feelings on to colleagues and friends.
