It feels a little unusual to write a review about an estate agent, especially one that I did not instruct directly! However, I feel compelled to do so in this case of this particular agent, an agent without whom I may well have lost the home I was buying together with my sanity!
Denis Logan of Connells represented my vendor in a complicated property chain, comprising 7 parties. From the point of first viewing, Denis was professional, knowledgable, and in no way pushy. His calm demeanor and positive approach throughout the process provided confidence and reassurance, sometimes under the most intense pressure.
I am hugely grateful to Denis for his perseverence and optimism in securing me my new home, he has single handedly redefined my view of this often-criticized industry.
