Absolutely shocking!!! I moved out a month ago and they've lied every day since about repaying the 6 months rent I paid in advance... and the deposit. They took my money within 24 hours and its been over 24 days since I moved out. The worst part is they have the audacity to ask for high reviews. Someone is already living in the place I stayed. Dont waste your time going to the aquarium. the place is full of Sharks

Look up gazumping. I had offer accepted and signed, but they kept up property for viewing despite me having surveyor booked. I was full cash buyers paying close to asking. They entertained another offer that was higher and didn’t apologise for anything. Not illegal just immoral. Reputable agents wouldn’t let that happen. ...

I have been unlucky to rent with them and I have countless stories of their horrible behaviour. DO NOT USE THESE AGENTS!!!

Please note that I'm still waiting for my funds to be returned. And if anyone is reading this please note that I moved out on the 28th of November 2017. A new tenant moved in 3 days later. I am still waiting for the money I advanced to be returned. I know time is relative bit it does not take over a week to respond to emails. ...

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
