Nasty, money grabbing and greedy estate agents I would never ever use them again. I rented a property through them last year. It was a fixed 2 year contract. They asked me to break the contract as the landlord was going through some "personal" stuff. In good faith, I agreed to it. The scumbags didn't deserve my kindness. They looted a lot of money for a "call out fee" which I wasn't supposed to pay. I even have the email form some person call Lee Porter that he or she will make sure I don't get charged the full fees. At the end, I just decided to pay these nasty buggers the money despite suffering a huge loss. When the inspection lady used to visit my house she used to make remarks like " Aww, your house is so beautiful. You have maintained it so well. Blah blah blah". Despite that, at the end of the tenancy these morons charged me a hefty amount for " holes in wall, scratch in the paint" and things like that. I believe they pay the inventory clerk a good money to make money out of tenants. I took them to the tribunal with the deposit dispute the the greedy manipulator who works at the office ( can't remember the name) wormed his way in with them and I didn't get justice. Stay away*!
