Unfortunately these idiots are gaining the monopoly in Peterborough ie: nearly every property you want to rent is through Belvoir. So you're pretty much screwed if, like e, you need to rent for one reason or another.
Firstly, I've never met such a bunch of thick, incompetent bimbos in my life - the left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing. Been onto them for over a year to fix 2 things in the house. They fob you off. To be honest, they don't give a stuff about tenents - they care about profit - and profit only. No doubt they're a bit more on the ball and personable with landlords - but if you're a tenent - forget it . . .which brings me onto my second point.
Belvoir treat tenents like criminals. Granted, some people trash properties and don't look after them. My husband and I however, treat our home with respect - to the extent we had a cleaner in once a week. They STILL treat you like criminals. There is absolutely NO good grace . . No relationship building . . or treating you as a 'customer' of theirs despite the fact you've been a perfect tenent.
Belvoir Peterborough are one of the worst companies I've ever had the misfortune of having to deal with. If I could avoid using them at all costs in the future, then I most certainly would.
If you have to rent, then I would recommend using anyone but these buffoons. Definitely ideas above their station . . .and need to be brought down a peg or two!

You are completely correct. Just wait until you move out, you have more treats in store. They will not even discuss returning deposit until the 10th of their legal 10 days. We have been calling them suggesting that today (day 8) is perhaps the day they should put the cheque in the post, or atleast request a response from the landlord but they are all such genius' they obviously know better
