Not great. Extortionate fees, poor customer service and very disorganised. Very poor communication and to get a response I have to go into the branch.

My advise is not to use this agency as they are professional liers. Once you agree a price they will ask your details including income job etc. I provided those and asked her to confirm the agency fee we had agreed while viewing the property. ...
