Put our home on the market with these guys last Summer. They literally have no idea. Would phone up updates that could be nothing but lies, would then deny having called when questioned later on the contents of the calls. Totally inexperienced. Great marketing, but not the wherewithal to make a sale. Save your time and go to somewhere with more experienced staff. These guys just aren't bothered.

They held us to a contract which was a waste of time given their lack of ability to secure a sale.

Dear Tracy , It was infact the sellers request that we only bring round people in a "proceedable" position especially as they are elderly and during "Covid" we must respect their wishes as explained to you on the phone. When you put your property on the market and get "under offer" we will happily show you the property. Oct 15, 2020
I agree, I have just tried to view a property and they won't let me as I am not under offer or chain free!! I bet vendors do not know that. I have never heard that before. What if I went under offer tomorrow!! Will never use them. Jan 02, 2018

Haart is not good at all, if you have house or flat for rent don't use haart.
they don't respond , they take much money and if there is any service the charge 5- 10 times the actual price.

Due to GDPR i can only tell you so much with regard to my transaction, i appreciate you are not happy with your current agent who agreed the sale of your home (not me) however THAT is who should be updating you. I tried to explain, my client was breaking the chain and not related to your sale. I understand your frustration, however you should direct it at your current agent who you employed to find you a buyer and keep you updated. Our client was selling chain free.
