A high level of service that continued from valuation to completion, we would thoroughly recommend. Some points: -good sale price obtained which matched the valuation -solid buyer found very quickly -we were kept informed throughout -service levels continued after the sale was agreed -the agent kept on top of the whole chain -went on market with Village Estates on 16/10/17 and completion was 21/12/17.
