Aruna is very friendly and talkative. He had a lot of time for us when we were viewing. I would say that he was somewhat unclear when answering some oquestions we had. I.e parking availability, agency fees, tenancy agreement term, the terms and conditions of our offer, moving date, process.
When we were handed over the property and it was not in the condition we agreed or expected, Aruna left this to the landlord to deal with. Although it is indeed the landlords responsibility, it is a result of poor communication between the agency and the landlord so the lack of involvement to resolve the issues was a little disappointing.
Alex is very efficient and i received clear responses from him immediately, which was then immediately followed up by an email.
I would use this company again due to the calabar of the rental properties on offer and if I was letting or buying through Alex as he seemed more organised.

Comment on agent fees
Agency fees are a little higher than average. It was disappointing that some fees were not mentioned or disclosed at the beginning when we asked. We only found out about them once the document to pay was presented to us. Although this might of been an honest mistake... it felt a little sneaky.
