Take my advice, never EVER use this company! The first we knew Belvoir Gravesend had closed was when we got a letter from another agency saying they'd taken over the management of our property (alarm bells ringing yet?!) Now it appears our deposit is unaccounted for, and the head office is looking to shirk responsibility by claiming as a franchise they have no responsibility!! Clearly they give out franchises to any Tom, Dick and Harry and then simply refuse to pick up the pieces when things go wrong! Currently trying to reclaim our cash through insurance channels, however won't hesitate to take legal action if required to reclaim our money - don't use this company if you want a hassle free rental!

Same problem here, out of interest who was the other agent? I'm the tenant and they have done the same with my deposit. Consumer Action Group are good if you intend on taking legal action further yourself as a lay person.
