We are using Jones & Chapman from a distance. We live near Cambridge and our property is in Bromborough, so it is very important to us to have a pro-active, effective letting team. Right from the start we have found Jess and the team at Bebington to be just that. We hope to have a long and constructive relationship with a very friendly, committed and highly professional team.
Jess in particular has been excellent from our initial contact with Jones and Chapman, meeting all our enquiries in a very professional and friendly manner. she is certainly very customer focussed and has met all of our needs with very effective communication.
