We were very happy with the valuation process, and the listing etc. Viewings were slow but his was most likely due to the market When the offer came in James handled everything well. There was some confusion around dates of completion, we were told our buyer had to go to Australia on a certain date. We were forced to go into storage for 2 weeks, but later on we found out they did not go to Australia. We dont know how this whole issue transpired, and G Pees did not really let us know what was going on, even though they were acting for us. This cost us a lot of storage fees and 2 lost weeks in our process. Overall though we thought the Gasgoigne Pees team did a reasonable job
