This is the second time we have used Charlie in a house selling/ buying process he is extremely knowledgeable and has a lovely persona. He kept us updated along with the village team throughout and the whole process was effortless and went from an offer to completion within 9 weeks with 4 of us in a chain. I cannot recommend village enough and promise I will come in the new year to say thank you with some treats!
