I have transferred my property from another agent to NMR Lettings. Nathan was very efficient in answering queries from my tenant and myself. Since then I have required a contractor for some maintenance and my tenant and I were amazed by the speed in which that was arranged ( previous experiences with another agent had left us rather wary of even bothering to ask) I would most definitely recommend this agency.
Comment on agent fees
Fees are fair, they are less than other agencies but what’s more important, is you actually get really good service.

They did not provide misleading information, however your office did ask them to play around with dates on the application which I have seen emails for. This would have been misleading. They tried to provide a guarantor with the criteria given but this was rejected. They tried everything possible to resolve issues and get the house. They should get there deposit back. ...

Just wanted to add to my original review. I have now had the property for 2 years and have to say I am really happy with Nathan, Robyn and all the team at NMR. Living in Spain I need an agent to fully manage my property and NMR give me that .
