WORST possible agent, even for London standards. Maintenance just ignores all problems reported, either by giving appointments they always disattend or by not answering the phone at all. This applies to any kind of problem, however urgent or serious it might be. In my experience this included pest problems, the complete lack of heating, freezing cold water and a burglary that clearly proved how unsafe the flat was. They just ignored all of it, and I hear the exact same stories from all other tenants of this agency. Please please please, however nice the accomodation looks, NEVER rely on this agent as you will find yourself having to litterally escape in a very short time. I personally know 3 former neighbours who left without even telling the agent or trying to claim their deposit back just to avoid any further contact with these people.

Way too high, as litterally all they do is sending a tenancy agreement by email at the beginning (and even here, in my case the contract was wrong the first 2 times).

Oliver, unfortunately citiside has gone into liquidation, I suggest you contact the liquidator Edge Recovery (edgerecovery.com) about this. I also recommend you check with MyDeposit about this as they are the deposit protection company that CitiSide used. Your deposit should have been protected so it should be possible to get it back. ...
