Without a doubt, THE WORST company I have ever dealt with. If I could give no stars I would. To say that they are slow is an understatement. You report an issue (which we have had almost twenty) and they simply do not address it. We love our home, but have had problems with the boiler, problems with the extractor fan, problems with heating, running water, mould, lights and buzzers not working. They say they will call and never do. AVOID AVOID AVOID!
A couple of the times we went into branch, they were polite. But the majority of our interactions have been poor!

After paying them, we found out that their fees are much much higher than everywhere else.
