From the moment we met Pete we were sold on having Thomas Morris sell our house. The other estate agents we had in were pushy and used a lot of patter. Pete was straight to the point and really left it to us to decide whether to use them or not.
We are so pleased with how they conducted themselves individually and as a branch as a whole. Every member of staff knew what was happening with our sale and even if they couldn't always answer our questions immediately they would always get back to us with an answer the same working day.
Our chain was hit with what can only be described as a catastrophe of errors due to our buyers solicitors being off the scale useless. A special mention at this point as to go to Alison Hull who went above and beyond to rectify every problem that came our way. At points we were very close to taking our house of the market due to the immense stress it was causing our family and Alison completed supported us throughout this.
We never felt like a nuisance ringing up to check on the progress of our sale and we always felt like the level of communication was excellent.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Thomas Morris in Ramsey to anyone and only wish they could have helped us in our search for a new house but location just didn't permit.
