I was a first time buyer and very nervous. Jack was really easy and reassuring to deal with. He'd respond to my requests quickly and kept a watchful eye on the entire process, so that things didn't drag on unnecessarily. He also took time to explain things to me when I needed him to and overall acted as a good guide through the process. I am now moved in to my new home and very happy to have done this via Whitlock & Heaps.
