Worst experience ever! I was a tennant and they were managing the property. We were promised professional cleaning and 3 sets of keys, for a 3 bedroom flat. Nothing. When I received the keys and noted its absence, Lee lied to my face and said there were 3. Later on, he said he would chase it up. It never happened. Both Lee's were just interested in getting us signing the contract.
Furthermore, the flat had slugs coming through the washing machine and when we reported it, they said infestations were not their responsability. Their emergency out of hours number never worked for a whole year (and they knew it).
Security breaches in the property - it is not their responsibility.
Boiler to be fixed? It took a month! And we had to chase them every week.
We were very responsible with the maintenance of the flat and every time we had to report something, it was hell. Short circuit on the dryer, leak on the bedroom, fire alarm not working... In the end, they try to deduct money from our deposit when the fault wasn't even reported on the inventory. We had to go to dispute. Couldn't say worse of their sense of responsibility towards their clients and properties.
Comment on agent fees
Not sure why we paid agent's fees as we had to be the ones taking care of everything in the flat. Not sure why they kept saying they were managing the property.
