We are first time landlords and were recommended mi homes by a friend. Best advice ever! Nicholas was very professional, friendly and always available to help whenever we needed an advice or wasn't sure what to do. He explained everything, provided great advice, there were no empty promises. The valuation, professional photographer and needed safety checks were organized quickly and efficiently. The gas & electricity checks were at a very reasonable price. He understood our needs, was very responsive and made the whole process from start to finish really simple.
We were very happy with the photos, had the first viewing within 3 days of advertising and the flat was rented out within a week!
Both Nicholas and Annabelle look after your every need and are a pleasure to deal with. Can highly recommend them!
