Great service throughout, particularly liked the non aggressive / pushy approach you so often get. Was patient with us throughout a lengthy, challenging sale which paid off in the end. Nice people, good rates, always easy to get hold of and communicated well.

I would say the experience was pretty much faultless. At all times I was kept informed exactly what was happening. Also any visits with regards to the house I was never needed to do anything. Only delay really was trying to get solicitors to respond....
