I've had contact with Castle Estates for around 20 years, and have known Peter Broomhead for all of those. At first I was a resident in my apartment, Castle Estates being the managing agent. They were always very efficient and professional, and were able to reduce our service charge quite considerably when they took over from a London based agent!
When I moved elsewhere in the county, I decided to let my property, at first having a 'tenant find only' option with the agency. Even though the fundamental mangement of the property was in my hands, Castle Estates were always on hand to offer professional advice and support.
Finally, following on from experiences with a couple of difficult tenants, I've given over the full property mangement to Castle Estates. I was immediately impressed by their professional knowledge and 'hands on' attitude to dealing with any issues.
I'm confident that my property will be well supervised under their administration, and look forward to many more years as their client. The team at 66 High street have been most friendly and helpful at all times.

We are obviously very disappointed with this review, and we do consider it extremely misleading and inaccurate. What Adam fails to mention is that the £25.00 administration charge has nothing whatsoever to do with his deposit, but was applied because of additional work involved in having to return to the tenant a further rent payment that was made because he failed to cancel his Standing Order ! He was also a tenant at the property for nearly a year, and in all our previous dealings had express ...
