I have been delighted with the service I have received from Auction House West Yorkshire Ltd
I originally dealt with James who met me at the Land I was wishing to sell. He explained everything thoroughly in 'Non Jargon' speak.
He spent a long time explaining my options and talking me through the process.
Prior to Auction I was contacted at least once per week by Rachael Parkin. She updated me each time with numbers of interested parties .
I also received electronic mail showing extensive advertising .
On the Auction date I was particularly impressed by the amount of company representatives there were to help both buyers and sellers alike.
The Auction itself was very well explained and conducted in an orderly fashion , not rushed but giving people time to think before making their decisions to bid or not.
I strongly recommend this company and would like to thank them for making the whole process stress free

Hello Richard,
We are really disappointed to hear that you were not satisfied with the result on auction day. Unfortunately valuing a property, especially when we are aiming to sell things in just 4 weeks is not an exact science and sometimes we get it wrong. In this instance it does seem as though the price recommended was too high.

Thank you for your feedback.
The sales particulars, photographs and videos we provided were accurate during the pre-auction marketing. If a tenant chooses to vacate a property between exchange and completion there is very little we can do. This is certainly one of the risks when buying a tenanted investment but thankfully it is very rare.
I do empathise with your situation and hope that you are able to turn things around in the coming months.
