The worst agency ever!! They don't care about you one bit, everything takes ages for them to process and you have to speak to different persons every time. No one knows anything and they are not interested in helping you after you have signed the contract. Don't be fooled by the nice reception and because they are the biggest agency. Only had trouble with them.

I had to wait two months to get my deposit back because "they couldn't get an answer from the landlord". They are so unprofessional. I will never use them again and advice anyone who is thinking about it to go somewhere else.

Gather your deposit paperwork, and put a complaint in with the deposit scheme., that they use, they are not allowed to do this you are entitled to argue this matter. They need to provide proof and I bet they don't have it ...

I think most of the aspects are quite good. It is understandable that sometimes some of employees are not satisfactory -- which related to their personal manner and attitude, as I'm a HR therefore I kindly suggest to re-evaluate some of staffs who doesn't have good feedback too many
