Brian did the valuation on my property which i was happy with. After that Carol the office manager deal with me. They arranged the viewing and when an offer came in informed me.
I was disappointed when the 1st offer fell thorough when they couldn't get a mortage as i only accepted the offer as i was assured that the buyer had a mortage offer. However a new offer in fast. I was very happy with Carol work and felt that she did keep on top of the progress, and when it was delayed she kept me calm and did all she could to chase the buyer solicitors. I would cetainly recommend this agent .

Whitegates were promp,t proffesional and sold my house within 2 days of it being put onto the market. They comminucated well with us as the vendors and were happy to check for mail once we had moved out.
