When I first moved into my flat, they were two weeks late to deliver and would not provide a solution about accommodation, although I explained I had to leave my previous flat and I would be homeless.
With anything that went wrong in the flat, they were reluctant to send an engineer around and were warning me I had to pay in case it was my fault (the connection of the washing machine was wrong since the flat was built and the fridge broke down).
We were left without a fridge for 50 days, because our landlord died and the landlord's executors were slow in giving responses. I believe that they were not contacting them regularly to get the responses.
Regarding fees, we paid £50 in order to sign the renewal of the contract which took 5 mins and probably another 5 mins for them to print off the contract from the previous year.
For a whole year I was asking them to change my last name which was written wrong in their records, thankfully not in the contract.
They have been rude and incompetent in their job, getting anything done through them has been a stressful task. I definitely do not recommend them and I would not myself work with them again.
Comment on agent fees
I find all agent's fees unnecessarily high, especially for the poor service they barely offer.
