Mark has been our agent now for over 5 years. In this time he has been extremely professional, efficient and knowledgeable. Any queries I've had over the years regarding maintenance or tenants, Mark has always been quick in replying to my questions. I felt that Mark has always worked hard for us and our tenants. The tenants we have had over the years (which have been very few as we've always managed to have long-term tenants) have always been of the highest quality and the properties have been left in good repair, as Mark was the one that helped us decide who to rent too, we are very thankful for his input in this. Overall Mark is an excellent property manager and have no hesitation in giving him a five star review.
Comment on agent fees
When we originally went with southside over five years ago they weren’t necessarily the cheapest, but after interviewing numerous agents we felt that their professionalism and their integrity was way above other agents. We have never regretted our decision with going with southside with always felt that they had our best interest at heart.
