Our house purchase was completed by Barton and Kendal , whilst we dealt with many members of staff at B+K of which everyone was professional and polite . One member of staff in particular , Emma Dobson help us through the sales process .
Emma is the consummate professional , always happy and obliging to help . She communicated with us on a regular basis , always returned our calls and emails promptly . The sale of our property went smoothly and an offer was accepted with a week of placing the house on the market .
To progress our sale B+K helped to find us a rental property at relatively short notice and again Joanne Barker helped us in our search and gave us impartial advice on how to proceed .
I should also like to thank Craig Duffy and Jack who also fielded our many telephone calls throughout the sale.
I have used other Rochdale agents before and I highly rate Barton and Kendal in comparison to some other agents . I have no hesitation in recommending Barton and Kendal to others . excellent service from start to finish .
