It is with a heavy heart that we hear the news that Mark is moving back to his native Ireland and will no longer be available as our Property Manager at Southside Property.
Right from the start we felt that Mark was going to go the extra distance to look after our property AND the interests of the tenants. He has kept us up to date on developments, work required, changing tenants, cost of work done, advice on improvements and has provided us with a thorough monthly statement - all in a friendly and thorough fashion - thank you Mark.
When Southside took over our property we were ready to sell - having had a really bad experience with another rental agent. We were initially quite wary of proceeding, our confidence having been badly damaged. John Davidson, and then Mark, worked very hard to turn things around for us - a very good decision. Mark went on to be our main point of contact and we have never - until now - been disappointed. Our disappointment being that he is leaving Southside Property - our loss will be someone else's gain.
However we have been allocated another Property Manager and we are confident that he will do a good job - John Davidson will have chosen well.
We wish Mark and his family all the very best as they move on to new things. We are confident that someone else will now benefit from Mark's warm and hardworking approach to Property Management - all the very best Mark - thank you!
