property advertised as a open day so arranged to view, agent turned up 2 minutes before time to find the keys did not work so cancelled, i was contacted the following week and asked if i would be putting an offer in, obviously dont talk, i clarified the fact i had not seen the property and they arranged a viewing the following saturday subject to them getting the right keys. i rand them the following saturday and they had only just received the keys so they arranged for viewing the following saturday. 12.07 the following saturday i rang the office and was told the appointment was the previous week, i explaned that initially it was but was re scheduled for this week, at this point i decided to advise them that as they were this useless i would not bother to waste any more of my time. i advised them that i would never use them to sell my property as they are incopetent beyond belief.
