I received fantastic service from a member of staff called Hayrie so felt I had to write a review. Every question I had was dealt quickly and very detailed! She was polite and patient at all times and I couldn't have asked for a better service! So I wanted to say thank you!

I'd like to retrieve this review. One word, don't use this agency. My partner and I were misled to sign a contract with a house that is under construction work. We have been suffering since we moved in with excessive demolition and drilling noise everyday. The building is constructing a penthouse and remodeling the outer walls, and we were never informed of such important information. We were led to sign a 1 year contract with no break clause.
